Edward Skinner

Edward Skinner was the husband of Mrs. Rites. The two of them had two sons, Stephen and Simon Skinner. Simon would later become a member of the Neighbourhood Watch Alliance, a murderous group intent on keeping Sandford a "perfect" village. Nothing is known about Stephen.
