Simon John Pegg is an English actor, comedian, writer, film producer, singer and director. He has appeared in many of director Edgar Wright's productions, having starred as Tim Bisley in Wright's 1999 television series Spaced. Pegg has also been the star of the Blood and Ice Cream Trilogy along with his best friend Nick Frost, as both of them have played the lead roles in all three films. Pegg portrays Shaun Riley in Shaun of the Dead, Nicholas Angel in Hot Fuzz, and Gary King in The World's End.
